Following the merger between Apivia and Macif to give birth to Apivia Macif Mutuelle, a mutualist group with more than a billion euros in turnover, it was necessary to find and formulate a purpose that would allow the company to be committed to a cause. importance, and all the managers in the merger project, to then implement it in the strategic business roadmaps. 

Did you know ? MACIF is the acronym for "Mutuelle d'assurance des traders et Industriels de France".

Support in 3 steps

The support for our client began with an awareness conference on the Purpose, which made it possible to bring out a much more inspiring WHY. 

We then trained and accompanied the Codir via-à-vis the Raison d'Être via concrete scenarios, to allow it to be deployed in each of the company's departments. For this, we have also created a Purpose Observatory, which we manage over time.
